Gobo Volunteers At The Library

Story 1: Dismissal

Gobo was so excited to volunteer at the library after school.  He’ll wear his library t-shirt, meet his co-workers, and work on some jobs while volunteering at the library.  During Dismissal, Gobo and Jackson’s 10th grade teacher (Ms. Susannah) let the class head to the school hallway to wait for their rides to pick them up from school while they carried their bookbags.  Except, Ms. Susannah let Gobo and Jackson stay inside her classroom while she talked to Gobo about volunteering at the library.

“Alright!  It’s time for Dismissal!  Goodbye everyone!  You have a good rest of the weekend!  Except for Gobo and Jackson!” said Ms. Susannah.

“Is there something you want to tell us?” asked Jackson.

“Yeah!  Tell us!” said Gobo.

The students carried their bookbags and left their classroom for dismissal while Ms. Susannah had Jackson and Gobo sit across from Ms. Susannah by her desk for the talk.

“Okay boys!  Why don’t you sit across from my desk so I can talk to you guys about something exciting for this week!” said Ms. Susannah.

“Sure Ms. Susannah!” said Gobo.

“Okay Ms. Susannah!” said Jackson.

Jackson and Gobo sat across from Ms. Susannah while they talked to each other before leaving for dismissal.

“Anyhow, I got some exciting news that I wanna talk to you guys about!” said Ms. Susannah.

‘What exciting news?” asked Gobo.

“Well Gobo, I contacted my friend who works at the library last week!” said Ms. Susannah.

“What’s her name?” asked Gobo.

“Her name is Ms. Chrissie!  She is Chinese and supervises the people by helping out with some jobs at the library!” said Ms. Susannah.

“Really?  That’s interesting!” said Gobo.

“How long have you known Ms. Chrissie?” asked Jackson.

“Well, Ms. Chrissie and I have known each other since we used to go to elementary school together a long time ago!” said Ms. Susannah.

“That’s cool!” said Jackson.

“So, she would like to ask if you could volunteer at the library to work on some jobs at the children’s section after school!  What do you think?” asked Ms. Susannah.

Gobo became excited.  “You know what, I would love to volunteer at the library to work on some jobs at the children’s section after school!”

“Golly Gobo, how exciting that you’re going to volunteer at the library to work on some jobs at the children’s section!” said Jackson.

“Gee!  Thanks Jackson!” said Gobo.

“That’ll be awesome!  By the way, Ms. Chrissie is really nice and takes good care of you!  I’m sure she’ll know what to do while volunteering at the library!” said Ms. Susannah.

“Gosh!  I’m looking forward to volunteering at the library!” said Gobo.

“By the way, does she have kids?” asked Jackson.

“As a matter of fact; she does have an 18 year old son and a 10 year old daughter!” said Ms. Susannah.

“That’s cool that Ms. Chrissie has kids!” said Jackson.

“Uh huh!  I also wanna let you know that Ms. Chrissie’s 10 year old daughter really likes your TV Shows!” said Ms. Susannah.

“Does she know Fraggle Rock and Sydney To The Max?” asked Gobo.

“My daughter knows Fraggle Rock; but she doesn’t know Sydney To The Max!” said Ms. Susannah.

“Maybe I’ll explain it to your daughter when we see her at the library!” said Jackson.

“Terrific!  Anyhow, you two can go ahead and wait outside the school hallway for your rides to come!  You have a great weekend and let me know how volunteering at the library went when you guys come back to school next week!” said Ms. Susannah.

“We sure will!  Thanks!” said Gobo.

“Have a great weekend, Ms. Susannah!” greeted Jackson.

“You too!  Thanks!” greeted Ms. Susannah.

Story 2: The school hallway

At the school hallway, Gobo and Jackson socialized with their best friends (Ethan and Asher) about volunteering at the library while they waited for their rides to pick up from school.

“So, Ms. Susannah’s Chinese friend (Ms. Chrissie) works at the library to do some supervising with the people!  After school, I’ll be volunteering at the library to work on some tasks in the children’s section!” said Gobo.

“Ms. Chrissie is very nice and takes care of Gobo!  She also has a 10 year old daughter who is a big fan of Fraggle Rock: but she doesn’t know Sydney To The Max!” said Jackson.

“Really?  That’ll be fun and exciting!” said Ethan.

“What jobs will you do there?” asked Asher.

“Honestly, Ms. Chrissie will find some tasks for me to work on at the children’s section when we get to the library!” said Gobo.

“Other than that, we’ll walk to the library; which is close to our apartment, to meet Ms. Chrissie and her 10 year old daughter when we get there!” said Jackson.

“And Ms. Chrissie will order a library t-shirt for me to wear while I volunteer at the library!” said Gobo.

“How cool!” said Asher.

“Awesome!” said Ethan.

Meanwhile, Doc ran to the school hallway to explain to Gobo, Jackson, Ethan, and Asher about the chaotic problems about a horrible lady and her vicious little son while he was freaking out.

“Boys, boys!  Have you seen a horrible lady and a vicious little boy?” panicked Doc.

“MR.. DOC!” yelled the lady.

“Oh dear!” startled Doc.

Doc hid behind Ethan and Asher while a horrible lady walked with her naughty little son by holding his hand about his situation with him.

“Mr. Doc, I see you there!” sterned Mrs. Osburne.

Doc came over to have a talk with Mrs. Osburne and her 10 year old naughty son (Jacob) while he was pissed off at her.

“Mrs. Osburne, what are you and your vicious little son doing here?  Is there something you want to explain to me about?” insulted Doc.

“I brought him here to apologize to you for what he did this morning!” pissed Mrs. Osburne.

“What did he do?” asked Jackson.

“NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!” yelled Jacob.

Jackson tried to attack Jacob while Gobo, Ethan, and Asher stopped him.

“Jackson, leave him alone!” said Gobo.

“This has nothing to do with you!” said Ethan.

“Yeah, let Doc take care of it!” said Asher.

“Oh…sorry!  I’ll leave the boy alone!” said Jackson.

Doc became angry while he had a serious pep talk with Mrs. Osburne and Jacob.

“This morning, I was inside the bathroom taking a shower with my window open!  And this little kid…threw eggs on my head!” agitated Doc.

“It ain’t my fault your head broke my egg!” bullied Jacob.

“I will get you!” sterned Doc.

Doc tried to hurt Jacob while Gobo, Jackson, Ethan, and Asher stopped him.

“You say you’re sorry!” scolded Mrs. Osburne.

“No!” taunted Jacob.

“Say it!” scolded Mrs. Osburne.

“You say it!” taunted Jacob.

“JACOB!” yelled Mrs. Osburne.

“I’M SORRY!” shouted Jacob.

“Thank you!” said Doc.

Jacob’s mom smiled at Doc while she put her hand on Jacob’s shoulder.

“Now, you have to show your respect/boundaries to the adults!  It’s never okay to…” paused Doc.

Jacob angrily kicked Doc on his left thigh while he was physically assaulting him.

“OW!” cried Doc.

Doc fell onto the ground while Jacob ran away.  Jacob’s mom tried to catch him while he was running really fast.

“JACOB, NOT NICE!” screamed Mrs. Osburne.

Jacob kept running away from his mom while she tried very hard to catch him.  Doc crawled onto the floor to stop Jacob from hurting him.

“GET BACK HERE!  I DON’T CARE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO ME AND…” shouted Doc.

Then, Doc’s left thigh became painful after crawling onto the floor.

“Jeepers!  I think my thigh is broken!  Can someone call the doctor for me?” asked Doc.

“Hey Jackson, our ride is here!  We gotta go before we walk to the library!” said Gobo.

“Okay Gobo!  Let’s go before something happens to Doc!” said Jackson.

Jackson and Gobo carried their bookbags and left the school while they hopped inside the school bus to drive home.

Story 3: Home

Back at home after school, Gobo and Jackson took care of their pet cat (Robbie) by feeding him a bowl of wet cat food/a bowl of water to stay hungry/thirsty and used their cat brush to brush his fur.

“You know Jackson, I’m going to enjoy volunteering at the library!” said Gobo.

“I’m sure you will, Gobo!  Ms. Chrissie will guide you with some tasks while you volunteer at the library at the children’s section!” said Jackson.

“I’m sure she will too when we get to the library!” said Gobo.

Jackson patted Gobo on his back gently.

“Yup!  That’s my boy!” smiled Jackson.

After Gobo and Jackson take care of Robbie, they prepare themselves to carry their handbags before walking to the library.

“Okay Robbie!  We’re heading to the library now!” greeted Gobo.

“We’ll see you later!” greeted Jackson.

“Meow meow!” purred Robbie.

Story 4: The library

When the boys got to the library, they headed over to meet Ms. Chrissie and her 10 year daughter by greeting them.

“Why hello there Gobo!  It’s nice to have you here!  How are you?” greeted Ms. Chrissie.

“Hi Ms. Chrissie!  I’m doing good!  How about you?” greeted Gobo.

“I’m doing good too!” greeted Ms. Chrissie.

“I’m his roommate (Gobo)!” introduced Jackson.

“Nice to meet you, Jackson!  Anyhow, this is my 10 year old daughter (Lily)!  She really loved your TV Show!” said Ms. Chrissie.

Lily became excited.  “Oh my gosh!  Are you Gobo Fraggle from Fraggle Rock?”

“Yes!  How do you know that?” asked Gobo.

“Well, I watched Fraggle Rock all the time with my friends!  It was gla-mazing!” smiled Lily.

“Gee Lily!  That’s awesome to hear!” said Gobo.

“Hi!  I know we haven’t met!  I’m Jackson Dollinger from Sydney To The Max; which is Gobo’s roommate!” introduced Jackson.

“Hello Jackson!  It’s a pleasure to meet you!  In fact, I do not know what Sydney To The Max is!  But I bet it’s a great TV Show!” said Lily.

Sydney To The Max is a Disney Channel TV Show!  I played Young Max!” said Jackson.

“That’s cool!” said Lily.

“So guys, they have snacks/drinks inside the vending room if you want any!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“You know what, I’ll pass!” said Gobo.

“Anyhow Ms. Chrissie, do you have any suggestions you want me to do with your daughter (Lily) while you guide Gobo with some tasks before you take him to volunteer at the children’s section?” asked Gobo.

“That is a good question…Jackson!  Why don’t you babysit my daughter (Lily) and maybe take her out places while I guide Gobo with some tasks before I take him to volunteer at the children’s section!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“That would be a perfect plan, Ms. Chrissie!  I’m looking forward to babysitting/going out with Lily!” beamed Jackson.

“You’re going to babysit/go out with me?  How fun!” cheered Lily.

“Bam!  Whaaaaaaaaaaattttttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!” sang Jackson and Lily.

“Hey hey, no singing allowed at the library!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“They’re people working!” said Gobo.

“Sorry Gobo!” said Jackson.

“Sorry mom!  We’re just having fun!” said Lily.

“But anyways, I’ll let you two hangout together while I take Gobo to the children’s section to guide him with some tasks before he starts volunteering!  Just text or call me if you need anything!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Okay mom!” said Lily.

“It’s nice seeing you, Ms. Chrissie!” said Jackson.

“Nice meeting you too, Jackson!” said Ms. Chrissie.

Jackson puts his hand on Gobo’s shoulder before babysitting Lily.

“Alright Gobo!  You have fun volunteering while I babysit Lily by taking her out somewhere!  Just listen to what Ms. Chrissie says while she guides you with some tasks!” said Jackson.

“Okay Jackson!  I sure will!” said Gobo.

“Good luck volunteering, Gobo!  My mom is here to supervise you!” said Lily.

“Gee!  Thanks Lily!” said Gobo.

“You’re welcome!” said Lily.

“Hey Lily, should we walk to Starbucks to buy coffee?” asked Jackson.

“Heck yeah!  Let’s do it!” smiled Lily.

Jackson and Lily left the library and walked to Starbucks to buy coffee while Ms. Chrissie handed Gobo a library t-shirt to wear for volunteering.

“Okay Gobo!  Here’s your library t-shirt to wear for volunteering!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Wow!  Thanks Ms. Chrissie!  How did you give me a library t-shirt?” asked Gobo.

“Well, I picked it out of the basket for you to wear while you volunteer!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Golly, that’s so sweet of you!” smiled Gobo.

Gobo took a picture of his library t-shirt with his phone and sent it to Jackson on text.

“In fact, I took a picture of my library t-shirt and sent it to my roommate (Jackson) on text!” said Gobo.

“That’s good!  Anyhow, are you ready to volunteer?” asked Ms. Chrissie.

“Yup!  But before I volunteer, is it okay if I use the restroom really quick?” asked Gobo.

“Sure Gobo!  The bathrooms are right by the children’s section!  I’ll meet you there when you’re done so I can supervise you with things!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Okay!  Be right back!” said Gobo.

Gobo carried his library t-shirt and headed to use the bathroom before he put it on for volunteering.

Story 5: Starbucks

Inside Starbucks, Jackson and Lily sat at the table and sipped their Pumpkin Spiced Frappuccinos while they were socializing with each other.

“Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!” laughed Jackson and Lily.

“How’s your Pumpkin Spiced Frappuccino?” asked Jackson.

“It’s really good!  How was your’s?” asked Lily.

“Mine was good too!” said Jackson.

“Say, shall we take a selfie with our Pumpkin Spiced Frappuccinos?” asked Lily.

“Sure!  Let’s take one!” smiled Jackson.

Jackson and Lily took a selfie with their Pumpkin Spiced Frappuccinos on Jackson’s phone.

“Anyhow, do you have any pets?” asked Jackson.

“I have two pet frogs named Frankie and Phoebe!  Frankie’s the older frog and Phoebe’s the younger frog!” said Lily.

“That’s cool you have pet frogs at your house!” said Jackson.
“Uh huh!  Phoebe is more active than Frankie!  She likes to hop around like crazy!” said Lily.

“That’s interesting!  My buddy (Gobo) and I have a pet cat named Robbie!  He lives with us in our apartment!” said Jackson.

“That’s awesome!  What does your pet cat look like?” asked Lily.

“I’ll show you on my phone!” said Jackson.

Jackson showed Lily a photo of Robbie the black and white cat on his phone.

“This is what Robbie looks like!  He is a black and white cat and we love him very much!” said Jackson.

“Wow!  That is a cool cat, Jackson!” said Lily.

“Thanks!  We took good care of him a lot!” said Jackson.

“That’s cool!” said Lily.

Jackson and Lily kept sipping their Pumpkin Spiced Frappuccinos.

“So Jackson, who’s your favorite music artist?” asked Lily.

“Well, my favorite music artists are OneRepublic and Sabrina Carpenter!  Gobo and I listened to their music and went to their concerts all the time!” said Jackson.

“Golly Jackson, that’s amazing!  Basically, I don’t know OneRepublic; but I know Sabrina Carpenter!  My friend and I listened to her music a lot while we hung out!” said Lily.

“That’s interesting!   OneRepublic is a Pop Band, by the way!” said Jackson.

“Oh…interesting!  I’ll have to listen to them!” said Lily.

“I’m sure you will!” said Jackson.

Jackson and Lily kept sipping their Pumpkin Spiced Frappuccinos.

“Hey Lily, shall we hangout at our apartment to play some Super Mario Bros Nintendo Switch games?” asked Jackson.

“Of course Gobo!  As a matter of fact, I love playing Super Mario Bros videogames!” said Lily.

“Oh really!  That’s nice!” said Jackson.

“Heck yeah!” smiled Lily.

Story 6: The children’s section at the library

At the children’s section, Ms. Chrissie guides Gobo with some tasks while he wears his library t-shirt for volunteering.

“Alright Gobo!  I’m gonna guide you with some tasks before I head back to my office to do some computer work!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Okay?  Do you have any suggestions for me to work on at the children’s section?” asked Gobo.

“Yes I do!  In fact, the library books are a huge mess right now after all the kids picked them out/shoved them back on the shelf after reading!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Man, those kids don’t know how to put books back correctly!” said Gobo.

“So, I want you to reorganize the books from big to small from every shelf!  You can always come and find me if you need help!  I’ll be in my office right by the children’s section!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Okay Ms. Chrissie!  I’ll reorganize the books the best I can!” said Gobo.

“Alright!  See you then!” said Ms. Chrissie.

Ms. Chrissie headed back inside her office while Gobo worked on reorganizing the books from big to small from every shelf.

“Okay!  I just need to take my time to reorganize the books from big to small from every shelf!  Let’s see!” said Gobo.

Gobo took out some big books and small books out of the shelf while he got distracted by looking at the fish inside a huge fish tank.

“Oh my goodness!  Look at those fish!  They’re so adorable!” said Gobo.

Gobo kept looking at the fish inside a huge fish tank while he was still distracted from reorganizing the books.

“Wait a minute!  What if I take a picture of the fish with my phone and send it to Jackson by text to see how cute they are!” said Gobo.

Gobo took a photo of the fish with his phone and sent it to Jackson by text.

“Well, I need to get back to reorganizing the library books before I get caught by Ms. Chrissie.

Gobo tried very hard to not stare at the fish while he got back to reorganizing the library books.

“Goodbye fish!  I have to get back to work now!” greeted Gobo.

Gobo focused on reorganizing the books from big to small before putting them back on every shelf.  But then, Gobo almost bumped his head onto the shelf.

“Ow!  My head!  Oh gosh!  That hurts!” startled Gobo.

Gobo puts his hand on his head while it’s painful.  He tried very hard to put the books back on the shelf; but he had trouble where to put them.

“Darn it!  I’m having trouble putting those big books/small books inside the shelf!  This is a disaster!” stressed Gobo.

Gobo took his time to breathe in and out for 10 seconds to relieve his anxiety.

“Alright!  I know I should not be screaming at the library while people are working!  In that case, I’m going to Ms. Chrissie’s office and ask her for help before something happens!” said Gobo.

Gobo headed to Ms. Chrissie’s office to ask her for help.

“Ms. Chrissie, can I ask you a question?” asked Gobo.

“Sure Gobo!  What is it?” asked Ms. Chrissie.

“I am literally having a hard time putting these books back inside every shelf while I get distracted by looking at the fish!  While I focused on reorganizing the books, I almost hit my head on the shelf; which is so…painful!” said Gobo.
“Oh my gosh!  Are you okay?” asked Ms. Chrissie.

“Well…it’s just uhm…head bump incident!” said Gobo.

“I see!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Anyhow, can you help me with readjusting those big books/small books from alphabetical order to put them back on every shelf?” asked Gobo.

“Sure!  I can help you with that!” said Ms. Chrissie.

Ms. Chrissie walked Gobo back to the children’s section to help him readjust the big books/small books from alphabetical order before putting them back on every shelf.

“Alright then!  What if you put the small books from A-Z order on the top shelf and put the big books from A-Z order on the bottom shelf!  How does that sound?” asked Ms. Chrissie.

“I think that sounds good to me!” said Gobo.

“Perfect!  Anyways, I’m gonna head back to my office to do some zoom meetings!  Just so you know that I will be busy and not be able to help you with the books while I’m in the meetings inside my office!  Just take your time to reorganize the books from A-Z order on the top/bottom shelf the best you could do, okay?” asked Ms. Chrissie.

“Okay Ms. Chrissie!” said Gobo.

Ms. Chrissie headed back to her office to prepare for the zoom meetings on her work computer while Gobo focused on putting the books back inside the shelf from A-Z order.

“Alright!  Since Ms. Chrissie will be busy with zoom meetings, I’m going to take my time reorganizing the big books/small books from A-Z order by putting them back inside the top/bottom shelf!” said Gobo.

Gobo took his time putting the big books/small books from A-Z order from the top/bottom shelf.  But then, a 12 year old black boy came over and farted on Gobo while he was busy reorganizing the books.

Gobo became grossed out by him.  “EW!  GROSS!  GET OUT OF HERE!”

“Oops!  My bad!” said a 12 year old black boy.

A 12 year old black boy left Gobo alone while he was still focusing on reorganizing the books.

“Ugh, just great!  That weird boy literally blasted out on me just because I got really annoyed by him!” flustered Gobo.

Meanwhile, an 11 year old blonde pig-tail girl barged into Gobo to annoy/tease him with random questions.

“Hey, muffin-head!  Do you have a girlfriend?” teased an 11 year old blonde pig-tail girl.

Gobo got really mad at the girl.

“Will you please leave me alone while I’m busy working?  You’re driving me nuts!” pissed Gobo.
“Sorry!” said an 11 year old blonde pig-tail girl.

An 11 year old blonde pig-tail girl walked away from Gobo while he was still taking his time to reorganize the books.

“Wow!  Just wow!  I really hate those kids very much!  They are just..rowdy!  If this happens like this again, I will…” paused Gobo.

Then, the kids threw balls at Gobo while he was still taking his time to put the books back on the shelf.  Gobo began to yell at the kids.

“HEY STOP IT!  I’M WORKING OVER HERE!” shouted Gobo.

The kids did not listen while they kept throwing balls at Gobo.

“Ha ha! Got you!” laughed a 12 year old black boy.

“You’re it!” laughed an 11 year old blonde pig-tail girl.

The kids kept laughing and throwing more balls at Gobo while he was still yelling at them.

“THAT’S ENOUGH!  YOU KIDS ARE DISTRACTING ME!” shouted Gobo.

Gobo could not concentrate on reorganizing the books while the rowdy kids kept throwing balls at him.

“Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!” laughed the kids.

Gobo began to have anger issues and threw a huge meltdown while he screamed loudly at them.

“NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!  STOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!” screamed Gobo.

Then, a bunch of people shushed Gobo while Ms. Chrissie came out of her office and saw the commotion.

“What is going on here?” confused Ms. Chrissie.

Gobo felt frustrated.  “I’LL TELL YOU WHAT’S GOING ON!”

“Gobo, you do not yell or scream at the library while other people are working!  Besides, this is not a place to use loud voices at the library!  You have to use indoor voices!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“YEAH…BUT…” shouted Gobo.

“Gobo, what did I tell you about using loud voices at the library?  If you continue to have this behavior, I will tell the boss to fire you!” sterned Ms. Chrissie.

“I know!  I know!  I’ve got some huge problems going on with those kids while I was concentrating on reorganizing the books!” frustrated Gobo.

“Gobo, why don’t you breathe for a second!” said Ms. Chrissie.

Gobo couldn’t breathe while he was having a mental breakdown.

“I can’t, Ms. Chrissie!  I really need to explain to you about those rowdy kids while I was concentrating on reorganizing the books!” agitated Gobo.

“Well, were you upset at them?” asked Ms. Chrissie.

“First of all, that 12 year old boy blasted out on me while I was busy putting those big books/small books from A-Z order on the top/bottom shelf!  Then, an 11 year old girl called me a muffin-head and asked me if I have a girlfriend; which I don’t like when she asks me these weird questions!  Also, I was literally mad/frustrated at the kids after they kept throwing balls at me!  I tried to stop them, but they didn’t listen!” stressed Gobo.

“I can tell you’re feeling frustrated right now, Gobo!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Is it possible if you can control these kids to prevent themselves from causing trouble by their parents?  I really don’t wanna deal with them!” frazzled Gobo.

“Well Gobo, I’m afraid I can’t do that!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“What do you mean?” asked Gobo.

“It’s not part of my job to control the kids!  It’s their parents’ job to control them!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“That’s not true!  I know you’re nice by supervising me with some tasks but…” stuttered Gobo.

“Honestly, your behavior was totally unacceptable for you to throw books at the library and scream at the kids while you’re upset!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“It wasn’t me that caused trouble, it was those kids being crazy and…” stammered Gobo.

“Well, I hate to tell you this…but…I’m gonna ask you to leave!” said Ms. Chrissie.

Gobo became upset.  “But Ms. Chrissie, you can’t fire me!  I didn’t mean to…”

“I’m sorry Gobo!  There’s nothing I could do for you!  I’ll have to let you go now!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugggggggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” groaned Gobo.

Gobo felt sad while he left the library due to his behavior.

“Did you see why this purple-haired Fraggle is having a problem?” confused a 12 year old black boy.

“No!” confused an 11 year old blonde pig-tail girl.

Story 7: Gobo and Jackson’s TV Room apartment

Back at Gobo and Jackson’s apartment, Jackson and Lily were in the TV room playing some Super Mario Bros Nintendo Switch games while Robbie relaxed on the couch playing with his ball of yarn.

“You know Jackson, it’s fun to play some Super Mario Bros Nintendo Switch games!” said Lily.

“It sure was Lily!  Who’s your favorite Super Mario character?” asked Jackson.

“My favorite Super Mario characters would be Princess Peach, Princess Daisy, & Princess Rosalina!” said Lily.

“Those are cool characters.  My favorite characters are Luigi, Toad, & Yoshi!” said Jackson.

“Those are interesting characters!” said Lily.

Meanwhile, Gobo opened the door and stomped inside Gobo and Jackson’s apartment while he was having a meltdown and slamming the door.

“I HATE MY LIFE!” stressed Gobo.

Gobo threw some of Robbie’s toys onto the ground while he was upset.

“Gee!  You’re back early!” said Jackson.

“Are you feeling okay?” asked Lily.

“I DON’T WANNA VOLUNTEER AT THE LIBRARY AGAIN!” yelled Gobo.

Gobo stomped inside the bedroom to give himself space while he angrily slammed the door.  Jackson used his Nintendo Switch controller to pause the game.

“Hey Lily, do you mind if I go to our bedroom to talk to Gobo alone?” asked Jackson.

“Sure Jackson!  I’m outta here!” said Lily.

Lily left Gobo and Jackson’s apartment while she headed back to the library to hangout with Ms. Chrissie.

Story 8: Gobo and Jackson’s bedroom apartment

Gobo was inside the bedroom while he was still having a meltdown and throwing stuff on the floor.  Jackson knocked on the door to come inside the bedroom to talk to Gobo.

“Gobo, can I come in?” asked Jackson.

Gobo didn’t answer Jackson while he sat down quickly on his bed.  Then, Jackson walked inside the bedroom to talk to Gobo while he sat next to him.

“What’s the matter, Gobo?  Do you wanna talk to me about your volunteering job at the library?” asked Jackson.

“Ms. Chrissie was pissing me off while I was volunteering at the library!” frustrated Gobo.

“Huh!  That’s strange!  Was she mad at you?” asked Jackson.

“First of all, I had to yell at the kids from causing me a bunch of trouble while a bunch of people shushed me from using loud voices!  While I was taking my time to reorganize those big books/small books by putting them back inside the top/bottom shelf from A-Z order, a 12 year old boy barged in and blasted out on me!” pissed Gobo.

“Oh my gosh!  That would be so weird that a 12 year old boy farted on you while you’re busy working on the library books!” shocked Jackson.

“Second, an 11 year old girl bothered me by calling me a muffin-head and asked me if I have a girlfriend!  I got really pissed off by telling her to leave me alone while I was working!” flustered Gobo.

“Gosh!  Why would she do that?” confused Jackson.

“I don’t know!  Last, those kids threw balls at me while I screamed at them.  In the meantime, Ms. Chrissie came out of her office and found out I was being loud at the library and she got really disappointed at me!” frazzled Gobo.

“Jeez!  That’s terrible!” said Jackson.

“Now, she had to fire me after having a bad day at the library!” stressed Gobo.

Jackson puts his hand on Gobo’s shoulder while he helps him with some coping skills.

“Jeepers!  I’m really sorry to hear that!” said Jackson.

“I am extremely frustrated/upset right now, Jackson!  It’s because uhm…” overwhelmed Gobo.

Gobo began to burst into tears while he was crying.

“I feel like…crying!” sobbed Gobo.

Jackson rubbed Gobo on his back while he was cheering him up.

“You know what, Gobo!  I can hardly understand it’s frustrating you!  I’ll email Ms. Susannah and Ms. Chrissie tonight and see what I can do about it while we go back to volunteer at the library!” said Jackson.

“But what if Ms. Chrissie gets mad at me if I continue to…I will never volunteer at the library ever again!” sobbed Gobo.

Gobo cried and gave Jackson a hug while he was comforting him.

“It’s okay Gobo!  Just let it all out!” comforted Jackson.

“WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” wailed Gobo.

Gobo kept crying and hugging Jackson while he was still comforting him.

“I understand!” comforted Jackson.

Gobo kept on crying and hugging Jackson while he was still comforting him.

Story 9: Lunch at the school cafeteria

During lunchtime at the school cafeteria, Gobo held his lunch tray while he lined up to buy his lunch.  While Gobo got his turn to buy his lunch, the lunch lady prepped a plate of tuna melt sandwich and potato chips on Gobo’s tray.

“Thank you!” said Gobo.

“You’re welcome!” said the lunch lady.

Gobo carefully carried his lunch tray of his plate of tuna melt sandwich and potato chips while he set it on the table where Jackson, Ethan, and Asher sat.  Meanwhile, he saw Jacob grabbing his mom’s arm while she yelled at Doc at the school cafeteria after causing a bunch of trouble to him.

“MR. DOC!  MR. DOC!  MR. DOC!” yelled Mrs. Osburne.

“What do you want?” stressed Doc.

“FOR YOU TO DROP CHARGES AGAINST MY SON!” shouted Mrs. Osburne.

“Yeah Doc!” sassed Jacob.

Jacob’s mom puts his hand on Jacob’s shoulder to protect him from hurting Doc.

“They’re gonna put my baby in jail!” worried Mrs. Osburne.

“Like I said!  If your son continues to throw eggs at me, I will report to the police!  And last night…” agitated Doc.

Doc lifted his shirt up and saw a huge bruise on his tummy while Gobo went over to explain to him about the boy’s problems.

“He punched me right in my tummy!” sterned Doc.

“I was aiming lower!” sassed Jacob.

Doc puts his shirt down while Gobo explains to him about the boy’s problems.

“Wait a minute!  A 10 year old boy did that to you last night?” explained Gobo.

Jacob began to bully Gobo by calling him weird names.

“Who asked you, blockhead!” sassed Jacob.

“Excuse me!  That was very disrespectful of you to call me a blockhead!” shocked Gobo.

“THAT TEARS IT!” shouted Jacob.

Jacob angrily hit Gobo a couple times while he was physically assaulting him.

“OW!  GET OFF OF ME!  STOP IT!” screamed Gobo.

“I…WANT…YOU…OUTTA…HERE…YOU…SLACKER!” yelled Jacob.

Jacob’s mom bursted into tears while Jacob kept hitting Gobo.

“HOW DARE YOU?  AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!” yelled Jacob.

“WHAT IS HE DOING?  YOU’RE HURTING ME!” screamed Gobo.

Gobo ran away from Jacob while he kept screaming.

“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” screamed Gobo.

Doc became pissed off at Jacob after he hit Gobo a couple times.

“HAVE YOU KNOWN MANNERS?” yelled Doc.

“HAVE YOU KNOWN MONSTER?” yelled Jacob.

Gobo freaked out and ran to sit at the table by Jackson, Ethan and Asher after he got physically assaulted by Jacob.

“You guys!  I got into a fight with a 10 year old boy!” panicked Gobo.

“You got into a fight with a 10 year old boy?” asked Jackson.

“What did the boy do to you while you got into a fight with him?” asked Ethan.

“Was he physically assaulting you?” asked Asher.

“Well, I wanna tell that uhm…the boy called me a blockhead and hit me a couple times while his mom cried and while Doc got pissed off at him!” embarrassed Gobo.

“Oh my!  He sounds problematic!” said Ethan.

Gobo kept eating his lunch while he was still communicating with his friends.

“Hey Jackson, did you get an email from Ms Susannah and Ms. Chrissie about Gobo’s new schedule while going back to volunteer at the library last night?” asked Asher.

Jackson showed a text from Ms. Susannah and Ms. Chrissie to Gobo, Ethan, and Asher on his phone.

“Well, I texted them on their group chat and said I will take Gobo back to the library after school to talk with Ms. Chrissie about Gobo’s new volunteering schedule besides reorganizing the books last night!” said Jackson.

“You texted them last night?” asked Asher.

“Uh huh!  Lily will be there at the library while we get to the library to talk to them!” said Jackson.

“That’s interesting Jackson!  But, what am I supposed to do to stop a 10 year old boy from fighting with Doc and his mother?” asked Gobo.

“That is a great question, Gobo!  Me, Ethan, and Asher will help you think of ideas to stop a 10 year old boy from fighting with Doc and his mother!” said Jackson.

“Gee guys!  That’ll be super helpful!” smiled Gobo.

Gobo saw Doc, Jacob, and his mom shouting and fighting with each other.

“WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH YOU?” shouted Doc.

“I AM CALLING THE POLICE ON HIM FOR CAUSING…” shouted Mrs. Osburne.

“I DON’T CARE!  YOU BOTH ARE SO MEAN AND…” shouted Jacob.

“IF YOUR NAUGHTY SON KEEPS THROWING EGGS/PHYSICALLY HURTING ME…” shouted Doc.

“I DON’T WANNA DEAL WITH HIS PROBLEMS IF HE…” shouted Mrs. Osburne.

“SAY WHATEVER YOU WANT!  WHO CARES…” shouted Jacob.

Doc, Jacob, and his mom kept shouting and fighting with each other while Gobo brought his idea to stop Jacob from fighting with Doc and his mom.

“Hey Jackson, Ethan, Asher, I know what I can do to stop a 10 year old boy from fighting with Doc and his mother!” smiled Gobo.

“What is it, Gobo?” asked Jacob.

“What til I see to find out!” grinned Gobo.

Story 10: Ms. Chrissie’s office at the library

Back at the library, Lily sat at the table to draw while Ms. Chrissie sat at her desk to do some computer work.  Lily handed Ms. Chrissie a drawing of a cat.

“Hey mom, I drew a cat for you!” smiled Lily.

“Awe!  Thanks sweetie!  That was very kind of you!” smiled Ms. Chrissie.

“You’re welcome!” smiled Lily.

Lily drew more pictures for Gobo and Jackson while Jackson walked inside Ms. Chrissie’s office to talk to her.

“Hi Ms. Chrissie and Lily!  I came here to talk to you about what happened with Gobo at the library last week!” said Jackson.

“Oh hi Jackson!  Why don’t you sit at the table so we can have a meeting together!” said Ms. Chrissie.

Jackson sat at the table to have a meeting with Ms. Chrissie while Lily kept drawing.

“Hi Jackson!  It’s great to see you again!  How are you?” greeted Lily.

“Hi Lily!  It’s good seeing you again too!  I’m doing good so far!  How about you?” asked Jackson.

“I’m doing good too!  Do you wanna draw with me?” asked Lily.

“That was very nice of you, Lily!  I’m gonna talk to your mom for a little bit and then I’ll draw with you!” said Jackson.

“Okay Jackson!” said Lily.

Lily kept drawing while Jackson talked with Ms. Chrissie.

“Anyhow Ms Chrissie!  Is there something you wanna talk to me about?” asked Jackson.

“So, I wanna give you a heads up that Gobo had a rough day after he got teased by the kids while he was busy reorganizing the books in the children’s section last week!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Yeah!  Gobo talked to me about it inside our bedroom while he was crying to let out his emotions after having a bad day last week!” said Jackson.

“Wait a second!  Gobo had a bad day while volunteering at the library?” asked Lily.

“Lily, why don’t you get back to drawing while I have a meeting with your mom!” said Jackson.

“Sure Jackson!” said Lily.

Meanwhile, Gobo walked with Jacob quietly inside Ms. Chrissie’s office to have him meet Lily while Jackson and Ms. Chrissie was having a meeting.

“Alright!  Why don’t you go inside Ms. Chrissie’s office to meet her 10 year old daughter (Lily)!” whispered Gobo.

“I don’t wanna!” bossed Jacob.

“You have to or Doc will take you to jail!” whispered Gobo.

Jacob walked inside Ms. Chrissie’s office while he stared at Gobo.  Gobo watched Jacob walking over to meet Lily by tapping on her shoulder for his attention while she stood up from the table.

“Uhm…who are you?” asked Lily.

Jacob became a lot nicer while he kissed Lily.

Lily became disgusted.  “Ugh!  Gross!”

“Uhm…Jackson, Gobo, what is my daughter doing to that boy over here?” confused Ms. Chrissie.

“Don’t worry about that, Ms. Chrissie!” said Jackson.

“You’ll find out!” said Gobo.

Jackson, Gobo, and Ms Chrissie saw Lily meeting Jacob.

“That was…” paused Lily.

Lily kissed Jacob on his cheek while he smiled at her.

“Honey, who is that boy right by you?” asked Ms. Chrissie.

“Mom, he’s just a friend of mine!” said Lily.

“Ah…interesting!  Are you planning to go on dates with him?” asked Ms. Chrissie.

Lily and Jacob hung their arms around each other as friends.

“Heck yeah!  He’s my friend now!” smiled Lily.

Jacob smiled at Lily while they were still hanging their arms around each other.

“Did you see that, Jackson?” smiled Gobo.

“Yeah Gobo!  I see Lily becoming friends with a 10 year old boy; who I have no idea what his name is!” smiled Jackson.

“I know, right?  He is now becoming a lot nicer after I helped him with some coping skills to become friends with Lily!” smiled Gobo.

“I can tell that the boy really likes Lily as a friend!” smiled Jackson.

Jackson took a picture of Lily and Jacob on his phone.

“Alright honey, since you became friends with the boy!  I’ll let you hang out and go on dates with him!” smiled Ms. Chrissie.

“Sure thing mom!  How about I take him out to go mall shopping and out to dinner at Winking Lizard!” smiled Lily.

“Gee!  That sounds like a plan!” smiled Ms. Chrissie.

“You two are going mall shopping and out to dinner at Winking Lizard?  That’ll be exciting!” smiled Jackson.

“You guys have fun!” smiled Gobo.

“Thanks Jackson and Gobo!  I sure will enjoy going out on a shopping/dinner date with my new friend!” smiled Lily.

Lily and Jacob held hands together, left the library, and went out on dates to shop at the mall and out to dinner at Winking Lizard.

“Gosh!  Lily seems really nice and a great friend with a 10 year old boy!” smiled Gobo.

“It looks like Lily and a 10 year old boy are looking forward to going out on dates together!” smiled Jackson.

“Yeah I think so too!” smiled Ms. Chrissie.

Gobo began to have a pep talk with Ms. Chrissie about what happened while volunteering at the library last week.

“Anyhow Ms. Chrissie!  There’s something that I need to tell you about what happened while I was volunteering at the library last week!” said Gobo.

“Well, Jackson and I just talked and had a meeting with each other about your situations at the library last week!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Yeah!  Ms. Chrissie felt really sorry for you after you had a bad day last week!” said Jackson.

“Oh really?  I see what you’re talking about!” said Gobo.
“So, I talked with Jackson and asked if he can volunteer with you here at the library together!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“You asked Jackson to volunteer with me here at the library?  That’s cool!” said Gobo.

“Yeah!  Ms. Chrissie asked me if I can volunteer with you by cooperating with some tasks and doing some fun things at the library together!” said Jackson.

“Gee!  How awesome was that!” said Gobo.

Ms. Chrissie handed Jackson a library t-shirt.

“Also, I bought a library t-shirt for you to wear while you volunteer with Gobo!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Golly, thanks Ms. Chrissie!” smiled Jackson.

“You’re welcome!” said Ms. Chrissie.

Jackson put on his library shirt he got from Ms. Chrissie.

“Man, it fits perfectly!” smiled Jackson.

“Glad you liked your shirt!” smiled Gobo.

“I sure do!” smiled Jackson.

“Instead of reorganizing the books, how about you guys check out the children’s section to pick a book to read to the kids!  How does that sound?” asked Ms. Chrissie.

“You know Ms. Chrissie!  That sounds like a plan!” smiled Gobo.

“I can’t wait to read books to the kids!” smiled Jackson.

“Yeah!  Me either!” smiled Gobo.

“Terrific!  Let’s do it then!” smiled Ms. Chrissie.

Story 11: The children’s section at the library

Back at the children’s section, Jackson and Gobo took turns reading a Goodnight Moon book to the kids while they sat in the circle watching them.

“The End!” read Jackson and Gobo.

Jackson and Gobo closed the book while the kids, their parents, Ms. Susannah, and Ms. Chrissie clapped their hands together.

“Great job Jackson and Gobo!” grinned Ms. Chrissie.

“That was amazing!” grinned Ms. Susannah.

The kids and their parents left while Jackson and Gobo handed a Goodnight Moon book to Ms. Chrissie.

“Wow Gobo and Jackson!  You boys did a great job reading to the kids!” smiled Ms. Susannah.

“Yeah!  We are so proud of you two!” smiled Ms. Chrissie.

“Thank you Ms. Susannah and Ms. Chrissie!” smiled Jackson.

“Yeah!  Thank you!” smiled Gobo.

“You’re welcome!” smiled Ms. Chrissie.

“Also, Ms. Chrissie told me that you guys met her 10 year old daughter (Lily) while you were babysitting her and went out with her!” said Ms. Susannah.

“Yeah!  We did meet her!  She was so nice and sweet!” said Gobo.

“While Gobo volunteered at the library, I took Lily out to Starbucks to buy coffee and headed to our apartment to play videogames!  Other than that, she became friends with a 10 year old boy and went on dates together!” said Jackson.

“Gee!  It’s awesome that you got to spend time with her!” said Ms. Susannah.

“Anyways, we will let you continue to volunteer at the library every other week to read books to the kids at the children’s section, sell free things to the customers for the pop-up shop, and do lots of fun stuff such as making holiday DIY crafts and making t-shirts with a cricut machine by picking out some printed images with the computers!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Hey, those are some cool fun tasks we could do to volunteer at the library!” said Gobo.

“As a matter of fact, Gobo and I could make some OneRepublic t-shirts for each other and for our friends (Asher and Ethan) with the cricut machine!” said Jackson.

“I think that’s a good idea!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Ms. Chrissie really likes having you two volunteer at the library!” said Ms. Susannah.

“Yeah!  I’m sure she does!” said Jackson.

“Uh huh!  You’re also welcome to babysit my daughter (Lily) anytime you want!  She really likes you!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“Yup!  We’ll plan our time/schedule to babysit your daughter (Lily) whenever we are free!” said Gobo.

“Maybe we’ll plan on having Lily over to our apartment to cook lunch and play a pretend party with our stuffed animals next time we babysit her!” said Jackson.

“That’ll be fun!” said Ms. Chrissie.

Ms. Susannah checked the time on her phone.

“Well, I better head out now!  My husband is waiting for me to do some yardwork!” said Ms. Susannah.

“Okay Ms. Susannah!  I just wanna say thank you for coming to the library to watch Gobo and Jackson read a book to you and the other kids!  I really appreciate it!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“No problem Ms. Chrissie!  Anyhow, you have a wonderful weekend and I’ll see you at school next week!” said Ms. Susannah.

“Thanks!  You too!” greeted Ms. Chrissie.

“Bye Ms. Susannah!” greeted Jackson and Gobo.

“Goodbye Ms. Susannah!” greeted Ms. Chrissie.

“Bye Gobo, Jackson, and Ms. Chrissie!” greeted Ms. Susannah.

Ms. Susannah left the library and headed to the parking lot while she hopped inside her car.  Jackson checked the time on his phone.

“Anyhow Ms. Chrissie, we have to go now!” said Jackson.

“Jackson and I got some important stuff going on!” said Gobo.

“Okay!  And again, great job reading to the kids!  I really appreciate it!” said Ms. Chrissie.

“No problem!” said Gobo.

“You have a great weekend!” greeted Jackson.

“You too!  Bye Gobo and Jackson!” greeted Ms. Chrissie.

“Bye Ms. Chrissie!” greeted Jackson and Gobo.

Ms. Chrissie headed back to her office to do some more computer work.

“Hey Jackson, shall we go out to Farmer Boy for dinner?” asked Gobo.

“Sure Gobo!  Let’s go then!” smiled Jackson.

Jackson and Gobo arm linked each other while they left the library and headed to Farmer Boy for dinner.

Story 12: Dinner at Farmer Boy

At Farmer Boy, Jackson and Gobo sat at the booth table and pigged out on their dinner while they were socializing with each other.  Gobo had broccolini with a side of mashed potatoes and a cup of water.  Jackson had a patty melt burger with fries and a cup of water.

“Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!” laughed Jackson and Gobo.

“How’s your dinner?” asked Jackson.

“It’s really good!  How was your’s?” asked Gobo.

“Mine was good too!” said Jackson.

“Hey, shall we take a selfie together?” asked Gobo.

“Sure!  Let’s do it!” smiled Jackson.

Gobo and Jackson took a selfie on Gobo’s phone.

“You know Jackson, I really enjoyed volunteering at the library with you!” said Gobo.

“Me too Gobo!  It was nice that we got to meet Ms. Chrissie’s 10 year old daughter (Lily) and spent lots of time with her!” said Jackson.

“It sure was!  Even Lily became friends with a 10 year old boy, which I don’t know what his name is and went on dates together!” said Gobo.

“That’s okay!  I’m sure Lily will ask him what his name is while they get to know each other!” said Jackson.

“Yup..possibly!” said Gobo.

Gobo and Jackson kept eating their dinner while they were still talking to each other.

“At least the boy became a lot nicer and he did not cause any problems to us after I helped him with some coping skills!” said Gobo.

“It sure was!  I bet Lily and a 10 year old boy really enjoyed going on dates together!” said Jackson.

“I agree too!” said Gobo.

“Hey, I was thinking we could plan on hanging out with Lily and a 10 year old boy while we babysit them!” said Jackson.

“That would be cool!  I hope he doesn’t cause any problems to us while we babysit him!” said Gobo.

“I hope not!  Next time when we hangout with Lily and a 10 year old boy, we’ll have to ask him what his name is while we babysit them!” said Jackson.

“I think that’ll do it!” said Gobo.

Jackson and Gobo kept eating their dinner while they were still talking to each other.  They enjoyed volunteering at the library!  The End!
